About

Christina Didymiotou

Hello, I’m Christina — a qualified craniosacral therapist with a warm, gentle approach and a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal.

I trained at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London and I am registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association.

I especially love working with babies and children. There is something incredibly special about supporting little ones as they settle, unwind, and feel more at ease within themselves. Their natural sensitivity and openness inspire the way I work with everyone, including adults.

Experiencing craniosacral therapy opened a gentle path of self‑discovery and healing for me, and naturally led me to explore and train in this gentle yet powerful modality.

My path into this work comes from my own life experience. Through my training and my own healing journey, I moved through many layers of emotional trauma, anxiety, stress, insomnia, and physical tension. This has given me a deep, personal understanding of how these experiences can affect the body, the emotions, and the nervous system.

This has shaped me to be a calm, compassionate practitioner who listens carefully — not only with my hands, but with presence and understanding.

My own healing journey helps me meet others with empathy, patience, and respect.

I offer a space where you — or your child — can relax, feel safe, and gently reconnect with ease and balance. My approach is soft, intuitive, and deeply supportive of the body’s natural ability to heal at its own pace.

Craniosacral therapy isn’t just my work — it’s something I truly care about. I feel grateful to support families, children, babies, and adults in finding more comfort, calm, and resilience in their everyday lives.

If you’d like to know more or feel this gentle approach could support you or your child, feel free to get in touch.
